Comments:
*** This cache has been compromised (container has gone missing) ***

This cache is down in a hollow, and in heavy woods, so you may have to move around a bit to get a good view of the satellites.

Maps are queued for generation.

In Anderson Community Park, Carrboro, NC. Access is off NC 54 just west of town.

Container is an Army-green, steel ammo box. "Bushwhacking" is required to locate this cache, with a small stream to cross depending upon which direction you come in by, and as in most wooded areas throughout the Triangle, a good deal of downed trees to climb over/around. I also noticed some old barbed wire fencing in the surrounding woods, so be careful.

There are lots of fun things to do in this park. Facilities include a dog run area, fishing pond, picnic tables, playground, basketball and tennis courts, and open areas for activities such as flying kites and launching rockets.

Tough location to search, all the tree cover and heavy clouds that I had almost gave up but I had the hint with me so I read it then searched 15 more minutes before I found it very nice slot for the cache. Cache was in good shape, found with 5y/o grandson JoJo, he took yoyo, we left a blank cdr & a die cast car.

Thanks

rldill & JoJo

Whoa you weren't kidding on the location and how to get to on this report...
I first came here mid day to try and locate but was too well dressed, so returned after work and before heading back home out of state to give this a try. A great way to end my day as I was able to bag two caches this trip.
well placed and great fun, thanks for providing a means of me getting out while far from home.
Next time I will bring hiking boots along on my trips!
Forgot to bring trading items so took nothing and left nothing.
