Luckily there is one of our fellow cachers that lives quite close to the cache. I am out of town right now but the local cacher has cheched on the cache and it is still there. Have fun with the cache.

This cache is still here and in fine condition. 9 cachers have entries in it's logbook so it can't be THAT hard to find!

You need to reach under the bridge from above in the exact centre of the bridge!

We were there for quite awhile searching all over the bridge. Sent BF under the bridge to see if he could look up and spot it so I could reach it. Still, nothing turned up. Is it still there?

I didn't log this as a find or a miss. It is in between. I found the site easy enough and even spotted the cache. At least what I believe to be the cache based on the provided hint. How in the heck are you supposed to be able to access it??? I didn't happen to bring my anti-gravity boots on this trip.
