This is Kenninghall Scouts first cache. It's hidden in the new wood that we helped to plant some time back.

The cache is an ammo box containing some badges from our Troop and some books.

You can get to the cache from several start points. The village of Kenninghall is worth a look in itself particularly Church Street. Park outside the Red Lion Pub and walk down the lane beside it. This takes you into the network of Green Lanes leading to the wood.

Did not even realise this was cross-listed on the dark side, but guessed as much from the number of logs in the log book when I found it.

Came looking for it as a Navicache having just completed the superb Biggest Spiders Terracache en route to the almost as good Dad's Army Terracache. As the boys were screaming for lunch, I left them in the car and jogged to and from the cache making a fleeting visit to the very pleasant surroundings.

Second Icenian inspired cache, and despite much less walking than Peddars Way still a beutiful site, a good hide (pardon me while I deprickle), and a pucka cache container. Log book is almost complete so wrote our entry small. Came here with the navicacche listing so did not pick up the TravelBug, a nice find for the next user. Obviously the dual listing is working.
