This cache can be found in the dock area of the beautiful Grand Caymen Island. If you are on a cruise ship, you will probably Tender to here.

So you thought that the GPS was a rather recent invention, didn't you? Well you were wrong. It seems that the gps was invented back in the early 1500's by Guido Pepperoni Boatachelli and was used by the earliest navigators to find their way to the new world. Not only did the early explorers use them but they were quickly adopted by the rogue element of that time--pirates. In fact it became quite fashionable to replace their hooks with a gps unit. I know this is hard to believe, but I researched it while I was in the Grand Caymens, and even dug up an early photograph to prove it. ( You probably thought photo's were invented in the 19 century right? You need to brush up on your history.)
Your mission is to find the pirate in the photo, and take a photo of it and your gps. If you don't happen to have a digital camera (invented in the 1700's) you can e-mail me the phone number that is on a 3x4 foot sign that is only 15 feet from the pirate.

Have a great time while you are here, and hunt the other 2 caches that are also within walking distance.
