microcache in Downtown Tempe. Bring a writing instrument! Please make sure container is "Latched" closed. Stealth required!

Another little location that I love in the middle of the city. In the movie "Harvey" with Jimmy Stewart, Harvey was a "Pooka"-- a 6 foot 3 inch invisible mammal of the type you'll see around the cache site. Harvey would've felt right at home here. Enjoy-- a fun area with lots to do in the immediate vicinity! There are almost always people around this area, day or night. please use stealth. Please make sure container is fully latched closed. there is a latch on the end. This should probably be a "1" difficulty rating, but I gave it a "2" because of the difficulty you may have retrieving and replacing the cache unseen.
