Finally.

I got the clues yesterday but miscounted on one of them and had my longitude off by almost 1000 ft, which ironically was about another 250 ft from an area that fit the clues.
So after about 45 minutes of searching that place I went back to double check my clues, found my mistake and found the cache quickly afterwards.
