Parked at one of several dead end roads with access to the area. This is actually not a bad playground but I could have been observed from about half a dozen houses while searching for the cache. Anyway, it took a minute or so to find the cache once I figured that it was more cache-like than the other garbage in the area. Knowing the hider's style helped me go directly to the hiding spot. Thanks.
