Disappointed to log a miss on this. First looked over a year ago, but too much overgrowth in the area in summer 2006. Today, we found plenty of good hiding spots, but we found one area matching clues in the listing, and posted pictures, but couldn't come up with the find. This is the trouble I guess searching for a cache that hasn't been found in a long time.

I started uploading photos, but that was a pain because it only allowed 3 per upload.

I've been meaning to do this one since the Magellan contest last year. I was pretty sure I knew what to do with the numbers after failing at Isabel last year (never got a chance to return yet.)

Had difficulty opening the cache, but persistence paid off. Too much rust on a part of the cache.

Camera was full, so I pulled it and I'll send it in for you and post the digital pics here. It expired years ago though, so hopefully it will still work!

Yep, this one was more of a challenge - guess I should have known since it was 92 degrees, humid, and twilight :-) But all in all it was great fun, a really cool multi!

This was a little harded to find... be sure to wear long pants and long sleeved shirt as there is poison Ivy now.... great find, signed log, left 1 item, took nothing, camera out of pictures :(

Phew!... a bit of looking but sure nough still there. could use some oil (hint -hint)

Great idea! We got a little off-track, not knowing what to do with the information Helen shared with us, but we finally got it. Cache is a little light, so took nothing and left nothing. Signed the log book and used the last picture. Thanks!

I enjoyed this one with Geo G. As he mentions in his report, we spotted some wildlife. Near the end, the small flying wildlife spotted us and and were trying to secure a meal. Very nice area.

Wow... great cache. We enjoyed the hike in, saw lots of deer including a buck with several does, and a doe with her fawn. This was well laid out, and the clues on Part 1 were fun to match up with the history. Everything is in good shape. TNLN. Took picture #3. Thanks for a fun hide..

got this one too need to beef the cache up a little forgot to log in took nothing left nothing.Something is getting rusty also ,dont want to give to much away.

We figured out why part 1 was so important on our way to finding part 2!... Great idea! This was only our second cache... my wife and I back-packed our 14 month old twin boys along for the adventure! We took a picture (#5, we think, look for the twins!) We took a Harley Key Chain and left a $10 Rick's Prime Rib Coupon. Thanks for the challenge!

Our first cache....we giggled all the way back to the car! We went at it backwards (as we always seem to do!) but found the experience very rewarding! Took an antenna bobble, Cody Chameleon travel bug, left a leather dragon key chain. Thanks!!

good golly, quinn, this was a blast! thanks for such a great puzzle. my sister (who lives in chicago) made us wait 2 months to look for this so that she could join us. the whole family (and jo!) went out for this one on a beautiful day. the research was just fascinating. we were actully sad once the adventure was over. keep em coming! thanks! -di

Team Highland found this one pretty quickly with the help of di's husband and family. These cemetary ones are quite interesting. I liked the way you needed the clue at the first site but you didn't know why. That confused all of us! Nice cache! Jo and Di

So, here we are, looking for an entirely different cache, when all of a sudden, just as we were losing hope, one of the children in our pack found the second part of this cache. Which meant what? It meant back to the computer we go, since we weren't looking for this cache in the first place to get part one. Went back home to get it, in the mean time, half of our nine stayed behind waiting with the box of part two. During the time we were gone, the other half managed to find the one we were originally looking for, so that gave us ample opportunity to focus on part one. We raced back excitedly and headed to the you know where, looking for you know who, to open the you know what!!!! Took an hour to get through the part one, remember we have no GPS and we are all on foot; just workin' with the map at lostoutdoors.com!!! This is so great!!!! You people don't even have a clue as to how excited our group was this day!!!!

We took some items of equal value to the items we left, such as the glow stick, two key chains, and the screw driver. A jar full of stuff was added. We also took a group picture with our dog, Chi. We also got the george from it to circulate, and left a replacement.

We discovered this site two days ago, and we as a group are very much hooked! We have found 3 caches and are very proud of them!!!!

Keep up the exciting work, and we will be waiting for more!!!!

Great idea how the info from the first part is used in the 2nd. We like this area so took advantage of the nice weather to roam to our favorite spots.

I never realized that such an infamus individual is laid to rest so close to my home. I love local history and folklore, so this was very educational and enjoyable. I took the campers TP (which will be useful on kayak trips)and left a multi use screwdriver and a Geocaching.com keychain.

This was a fun cache. I did both parts during my lunch hour. This part, I took one path in, and another path out. Nice little place. I had to get back to work, so my log entry was brief. The hardest part was getting the cache box open as the lid was sticking. Really had to muscle it.

We NaviFritzed(C) near the end & did several cross-tracks, suddenly realizing we were being watched. Fearing another Cacher, we froze until he explained his dog walking. We intoduced him to NaviCaching. Artimes spotted the Cache with his 27 year younger nimbleness. Artimes is also a WheresGeorger & fortunately, there were 2 bills for free tracking in the Cache (we exchanged). We just beat the rain at 7:45PM. Watch out for poison ivy & dog doo ;^)> Artimes & I then headed down Lake Ave. to the world famous LDR Char Pit, known for their onion rings & hot sauce.

Well we are triumphant against this Cache! I am not leaving too many clues at either site for the looks ahead people to follow... But I will tell you the Snowhite is giving this Cache a run for his money.......
