The New York Geocaching Organization (NYGO) and Cayuga Nature Center (CNC) worked together to develop this multi-cache. It was designed to guide you through the area and highlight some of the interesting features. Please stay on the trails. The final cache location is the only area where you will need to venture off the main trails. The cache is accessible
year-round.

Cayuga Nature Center is a nonprofit, private organization
dedicated to providing education for schools, community groups and the general public throughout the year. Programs are for anyone interested in learning more about the environment, the out-of-doors and themselves.

Cayuga Nature Center is actively developing more detailed
interpretive materials for its trails using GPS. Please check at the lodge for more information. Also if you see something as you hike the grounds and have a question, get its coordinates, maybe take a picture to add to our knowledge-cache and we'll try to get you an answer!

A small donation is requested for visiting this unique area:

  • $3 Adult (12-54)

  • $2 Senior (55 & up)

  • $2 Student (with Student ID)

  • $1 Child (2-11)

  • Children 2 & under are free

The trails are open year round from dawn to dusk. Bicycles and pets are not allowed. The trails are open through the winter for skis/snowshoes.

Wow, what a fun cache! When we saw all the math we thought, this wasn't going to be fun, but we were wrong. We had a great time at every part of this cache. Terre wants Waypoint 2! The 1st waypoint was my favorite. We got to see 4 deer and a huge flock of wild turkeys. We took the Lego set and left a Road Runner steering wheel cover, globe key chain and the travel bug Hitchcock's Jamaica Inn DVD. Thanks for the adventure!
