Park in the gravel area beside the river. Walk up the side of the river that has no fence. You will be scrambling up a steep riverbank that is treacherous if it is muddy. This one will probably go with the next major flood, so go get it now! Be sure and leave it hooked up just like you found it, so others will have a challenge!
