The City of SA owns this greenbelt/drainage area, so don't be squeamish about going in here. You can get in through a drainage ditch at 29-32.989 098-36.503, however, there are 2 monster dogs that will chase you all the way down the fence line.
There are other points of access, but this is the one I'm familiar with.
This is a popular spot with local teens for paintball wars, so it might be a good idea to raise a white flag and shout, "Civilian" as you enter.
This spot reminds me of crusin' in my younger days, listening to the radio and just hangin' out.

We found a different drainage ditch entry point that didn't have any dogs. I guess the paint ballers had made peace with each other so we had a quiet, uneventful walk to the cache. Thought we might try some CITO here but left the tow truck at home. TNLN Thanks, Wayne
