This is number 5 in the Yet Another Park I Didn't Know About series. This cache is in Oakview park. While it is not a park and grab, it is not far from it. An easy trail leads close to the cache. After you find the cache, walk around and enjoy the rest of the park. Don't be surprised if you scare up a deer or two early in the morning or late in the day.

Open Log: Personal use only Found this one today with my two of my three daughters. Their grandparents live two blocks from this park so it made for a great adventure this morning. It was their first find. Hurray.

Well this was a fun idea... first time caching alone with a small dog. I guess all natural instincts have been bred out of him, as he appearantly detests any form of bushwhacking whatsoever. Darn mutt wouldn't last 10 minutes as a wolf.

Found It! Did anyone other than me notice the cache page says this is #5 in series but the log book says it's #6? When I stood up from replacing the cache, there was a bike rider who came by within 5 ft of me. I didn't even hear him come up. I hope it doesn't get plundered.

Found it about 11:00 this a.m. with the kids (Big O and Tiny E). I live less than 2 miles from this park and idn't know it was there. I just love the YAPIDKA series! We had a nice walk in, but had to be careful since there was a teen smoking a cigar that just kept looping through. Kinda creepy. Sometimes he had a shirt on and sometimes he didn't, sometimes he was dribbling a basketball.....
