The cache should be a great place for those unfamiliar with the area to see Turner Falls and to stretch their legs. It is a short hike from a parking area and there is a store close by that is open during the day. There is no admission charge nor do you have to enter the park to log this cache. If you have time visit the falls and take a swim in the cool water. In order to enter the park you will have to pay the small admission fee. There is also a virtual cache nearby “MissBehavin's Historical Point #1-Turner Falls”. Original contents of the cache were: The Flintstones Movie VHS, Mardi Gras Beads, Nicaraguan Coin, Special Forces Flashlight, Captain Hook Figurine, Champagne Party Poppers, and Shutter Bug #2 TB.
This cache is contained in an ammo can. This area is a great rest stop for travelers on I-35. There is a great view of Turner Falls from this vantage point. |

View of Turner Falls from the overlook
