This a two step cache. At these coordinates you will find a utility pole which has a metal number.
The pole number represents the thousandths of the minutes that you must add to the following coordinates:

N 42° 34.477
W 71° 19.491

Once you have added the pole number to these coordinates you have the cache location!

You can park at the pole.

Not having a GPSr, some multi-caches I have to do in two trips. This was one of those. I picked up the coordinate translation from inside the car, and later returned for the main cache. An advantage to doing it this way is that I knew where I could park, just a few minutes walk from the cache. I poked around in the obvious place, but did not find it until I came back from a different angle and saw it staring me in the face. There is some nice new stuff in the cache but I took/left nothing.
