Just drive up 1600 North, untill you hit Skyline Drive. Look for a real estate sign that says Cherapple Canyon. Where you park, you should be able to see a sign for the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.

This is a large metal box partially burried. We have filled it with numerous magazines, like Guns and Ammo, hunting, metal detecting, Star Trek, Readers Digest, etc. We even have magazines that are 50 years old and older. We just ask that you trade an equal number for what you take. (no sexually oriented magazines, please) This is an area with a lovely view. When we planted it, we saw a deer, and a flock of chuckar in the road.

Came across this web site by accident some time ago. It's near one of my caches, so this morning when we went out for some cache maintenance we thought we'd see if we could find this one. We didn't find it. We looked underneath a lot of scrub oak, but we were looking for an ammo can or plastic box on top of the ground, not buried in it.

We'll come back later this fall after the leaves drop to see if we can spot it easier.

Traversed the slope with Jasmine from Rock-Head Rock in search of a Cach-U-Nut but it was gone :(
