This Cache had been hidden in the year 2000. But due to the park being very busy. And teens seem to like going off the beaten trail. Our box was reported missing.. Delta has now placed a new box in this park. A wonderful place to take the family and family pet for a stroll.. Enjoy the hunt and don't forget to sign in =OD Delta Team

I noticed that this was on Navicache, so I thought that I'd log it. I found a round Tuit in the cache, but I figured I'd leave it for the next person to git.

It was starting to get really humid. Nevertheless, we headed out to Casey Park. They've really done alot to this park. There's a little league baseball field with benches and even a commentators stand. Anyways, we parked in the back and rode our bikes to the cache area. There's a nice trail that runs the length of the man-made pond. We put on bug sray before entering. We had to look around for a short time before finding it. The GPS was erratic. Bearcub traded a football card for a mario-cart. We also put "Rainbow the Sneeky Snake" TB #460327 in the cache and took with us "The Keepers Keys" TB #458276. Hi Deltateam!!!

Finally found it. Tried finding cache in Febuary but the snow was too high. Took nothing; left nothing.
Thanks for the hide.

We were in the park for dinner and while there found both of the caches. Traded crayons and AAA batteries for Echo. He be our guest this weekend and we will get him as close to one of the Finger Lakes as we can.
Thanks for the hide.

I'll assume this is the same cache as Casey's Joy on geocaching.com (coordinates are the teeniest bit different), and log it in both places. Stumbled around a bit but trusted my GPS and sure enough, my stubborness paid off. Only a few dents and scratches along the way. I saw a few anoles along the pond on my way in and was glad to see they could move fast enough to avoid my clumsy footsteps! The cache was in a nice cool spot on this hot humid day. Traded georges and signed the log, and dropped off Keychains to Maine travel bug whose mission should be plain from his name - he's moving east, please keep him headed that way!
Replaced the cache and left for the other one in the park.

Finally, I found it! This was my 4th try. I think the new coordinates helped, I was almost standing on the cache before I saw it. Very well hidden in an area with infinite hiding spots. I came here Sunday the 27th of Jan with my wife and son, but I had entered the old coordinates of several weeks ago and hadn’t checked the web site to see if they changed. No wonder we couldn’t find it. I took 2 “wheresgeorge.com” $1 bills and replaced them with 2 of my own “wheresgeorge .com” bills. I forgot to bring something else for the cache in my excitement to try the new coordinates, but I took “Babe” the travel bug so I could send him on his way. Thanks for the hunt on a 55 deg. Jan. day – kajer.

Very close to where the original was found earlier this Summer 2001 (poison ivy has dropped its leaves, but tread lightly, the sap from a broken vine can still get you). Brought Karen, Mike & 8 mo. old Erin on their first Find (they helped me Hide "Who Ya Gonna Call" earlier this Summer).

Searched all around where III+ read 4-5' while Karen lamented how frustrating this could be. I put the GPSr aside & succeeded in finding freshly broken sticks/bent pricker canes. The III+ settled in at 27'. Cache contained some interesting plastic fish coasters, drilled foreign coins, incense & seed packets. We took nothing & left the usual (2) WheresGeorge.com bills for free tracking along with a tightly bagged Krispie Treat (Halloween was good & I pray it doesn't attract a grizzly bear).
