A five part virtual multi cache that will introduce you to the history of the area.

Recently, I've taken to walking everyday during my lunch hour along this beautiful spot. Although my daily walk is much longer, I decided to do a shorter virtual multi-cache to bring other cachers to this beautiful and historic area. After you have completed the five parts, feel free to wander further along to see more of this scenic path.

The coordinates above take you to site #1. There is plenty of parking along the street or in two public lots nearby. Although accessible all year round this area is most busy and picturesque in the late spring and summer months. Once you have finished, email me with the answers to the following questions and only then may you post this as a find. DO NOT put any answers in your logs as this will spoil things for future cachers. All logs without an email will be deleted.

Just adding my log to this site. I remember it being the 2nd cache I ever did, and a very enjoyable one too. :)

This was my first cache find of any kind. A nice way to stretch the legs on a brisk, sunny afternoon. I've lived in NT for several years and learned something new about the history of the Tonawandas today.

What a great virtual...didn't even mind the history lesson. Had a nice moonlight walk around the area.
Thanks for the tour.
