Located along a beautiful creek in a nice little park just east of downtown Rochester.Another one for the family.
If you're into fly fishing, bring along your gear.Cache is located along a popular creek in a great little park.Paths all the way back & plenty of nice scenery.IF we've really gotten a lot of rain for a couple of days, you might want to throw the boots in the car.Area has been known to get pretty damp, especially during the spring snow melt.Cache is a retired 30 cal. ammo box, green with white lettering. Contents include some inexpensive stuff, log book & a few wheresgeorge bills. 30 cal. not a big container so don't bring along big items to exchange.Aside from great creek, area also has picnic area, small playground & facilities.Have fun.

Geocaching with Harburu and Sunflower. It was an enjoyablle walk to get to the area. The cache itself was easy to find in the absence of any foliage.

Decided to go after this cache after finding the Tool Time Cache. Found it around 2:58pm. Park was crowded today...very hot. Now that all was done and caches found decided to cool off in the creek.
Thanks for the hide.

This was a full team effort tonight and we enjoyed the stroll through the
park. It's nice that the water sounds drown out the road noise. We took a
key chain trinket and left a color pencil set. Thanks for the
hide,

this was our very first time geocaching. we chose this site because i live near the park and was very familar with it. found the cache in no time. since we were brimming with confidence, we decided to go after another cache nearby which took us three times as long to find. thanks for the great outing.

For some reason I thought I had already done this cache. Guess I have done so many of Gimp`s I lost track. Another great morning mini adventure to a nice placed cache in a neat park. Did my trade and slid my butt twice across that log.

I was telling a friend about Geocaching last week, he was excited about the 'sport', and the next day he bought a GPS and his family's 1st visit on Good Friday was your site. I think that was a good choice, now he's hooked. I didn't take of leave anything, but my feet are still dry! Thanks for the interesting cache. <'////><

We found this one without much difficulty once we headed in the right direction in the park. We hike here a lot but don't usually go in the direction of the cache. Found 2 places to cross, but if we get more snow or rain, it might be difficult to get to until waters recede.

Went out at noon with Roadkill and Woodhauler. We had a good but muddy walk. This was a good hide and offered a couple of hiking challenges. (We had to stay dry so we could all go back to work). Cache was dry, but I wonder if it would have been had we had more snow this winter. Contents were slightly damp, mainly from condensation; the box had not been submerged. We took some photos... I left a splash ball and took a candle. As usual, we had some good laughs. Thanks Gimpy.

Road Kill was here. He and 2 coworkers do a noon cache run to enjoy some of this fine weather we're having. We were beaten by Woodhauler this time and near by fishermen paid no attention to 3 guys in the stream hollering "Huckle-Buckle-Beanstalk. I managed to take some photos of the guys pillaging the cache. I placed my mark in the logbook, took nothing but left an action figure and a stuffed dude obtained at another cache.

Gimpy,
I started your cache last September but had to abort my mission before I got too far. I lost track of time (Imagine that, losing tack of time while caching) and nearly missed an important dinner date with my wife. I found the cache early this afternoon. I signed the log, took a plastic mouse, and left a travel deck of playing cards.

Thanx for a great cache,
Kayaker

I found it! This was my first gecache find. I am not very good at it yet. I waded across the creek at least 4 times, only to find I didn't need to. I think I may have brushed against some poison ivy. Oh well. It was fun. I left a Earth stress ball, and took a space blanket. Didn't see a camera in there, but signed the log book.
