GeoCrickets Found It!!!
After hitting Elk Grove Cache and Laguna Loot Cache, We travelled on into this part of Sacramento to hit a 2-fer-1 spot. We punched in the co-ordinates for this cache and made our way thru the gates. This is a neat, old place. Big trees, and old stones. The wind was still rather blustery making the trees shake and sway. Rattling leaves on the trees and on the ground. SPOOKY! even in daylight! Even though I carried the Mighty ETrex, Rich found this one as I was walking in circles trying to pinpoint the location. We asked a resident if he didn't mind us sitting in his spot...he didn't mind. Looked over the stuff.
Rich traded a flower candle for the StarOffice CD-Rom and I (Dawn) traded a Transfoming Beetle toy for the touchable bubbles (I wanted to try them out).
After making our Log entry and then repacking and hiding the cache, we took note of the time. Only 3:30 pm so we definately had time to try for the other cache here...on to Sew Little Time.
Thanks and I would like to visit this place again...but not too soon!!
