This Cache is a good one to take the whole Family. Nice easy Terrain, beautiful view of the River below and a paved Bike Path to get you around.

This cache is a .30cal Retired Military Ammo Can filled with the usual Logbook and several Items of Interest to who ever finds it. I ask that if you take something to please replace it with another item, also please tell me a bit about you or your group when you fill out the log.

Don't let the fact that this is an easy walk fool you one bit. The cache is completely covered from view by being placed under a large downed tree near the root end. I then placed a medium sized flat rock against the tree to cover it from sight. If you move the rock you got it!

Please replace the cache and cover it back up as you found it for the next Cacher.

There are several downed tree's in this area so if you feel you need more help look at the pictures included with this. For the group that found three of mine in one day, lets see you get this one with no help!

Good Luck to you all and Enjoy the Outdoors.

PS...Once again I picked up several cans and bottles on the way out. if you see any I missed please do the same!

There is one large tree that was uprooted and leaning, but not completely fallen right next to the downed tree that the cache is under. If you see the Leaning Tree then you are red hot!

One of the downsides of looking for caches that haven't been found in over 2 years is that sometimes they are not there.

Didn't look at clue or photos until I got home, but I'm pretty sure I searched at the cache location.

On the upside, it was a nice day to be outside. Saw the huge ESSROC boat tied up and taking on/offloading? cement stuff. Also saw a nice waterfall (though I did interupt a couple making out at the bottom of it...). Saw a rabbit too.

    Thanks for the nice walk.

Did this one last night and it was especially challenging since it was almost dark. As always, thanks! Took nothing but left some stuff as it was getting a little lean.

Came here from Earth Day Celebration. Sean (6) is starting to get a little tired, but the promise of a large Slurpee at the end of the caching is keeping him going. We circled around a bit on this one, and boy was it well hidden. the description given was enough though, and we got it in about 15 minutes. Thanks for a fun adventure.

85 degrees and humid...why not? I set off after this one during a break from work and it was certainly a challenge! I took the wrong path at one point and ended up in exactly the wrong area, then forgot how to get back and had to go around the long way. :) I eventually found the right spot and searched the area, finding the cache when I'd almost given up. Took nothing, left nothing, and skedaddled back to work with conspicuously muddy shoes. A fun break in the routine!

Well, we had no problem finding the location to park but as far as north and south, that remained to be seen. We went north instead of south and stumbled across a part 2 of another cache!!! We eventually went in the right direction and found the cache we were originally seeking. How neat was that! Ended up solving two in one day!!!

Left a george, and a dog bonz, and took a dog buisquit for Chi. Very neat hiding spot and we are very much hooked!

St. Pat's day. I just finished a large Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner, and I thought I'd best walk off some of my over-endulgence. Your cache was about right for the amount of energy I wanted to expend. I gather you must be familiar with this area, because if it didn't have a cache there I never in my life would have seen this area. Again I made a rather easy cache twice as difficult as need be, I parked in the correct spot, but I went in South of the trail, never did see the trail until I was by the entrance on my exit. The direction I went, I had to do a little bushwacking, and then I had to throw a large limb over a small drainage ditch in order to cross. Cache was in good shape. I took nothing, and left a WheresGeorge bill. It's amazing how many areas I've seen with navicaching that I didn't know existed. Nice remote woods, thanks for the hike.

This was our first cache, we zeroed right in on the trunk of the tree with the GPS, but it was not immediately apparent where the box was. it was a great day for looking, it was warm and sunny which is unusual for the end of January.
We had a great time and look forward to finding more.

I had just done Seneca Trails cache, and had some time still so I decided to do this one. It is only about 1/2 mile from the the Seneca Trails cache as the crow flies, but unless you are a crow, don't try it as it is across the river. I knew this so we drove around, and had a nice walk down the path. My GPS was going nuts under the trees pointing this way, and that way. I kept going in the same direction, and was in the right spot. I saw a suspicious rock, and thought it might be under there, but followed my GPS for a few more seconds, until Otter also pointed out the rock. I looked under the rock, and found the cache. It is packed pretty tightly. I took a map, and left a CD-ROM (Links I think).

This was my first find. I found the cache about 7:00PM. It was concealed so well that I walked within 2 feet of it before actuallly finding the cache. I live a mile up the trail which made this first find quite convenient. I took a Burger King Keychain and left a Dagger Kaykak keychain. Thanx for a great first cahce.
