Another one at Killen's Pond State Park, but this one's near the WATER PARK!

PLEASE be discreet when accessing the cache and cover it up when done.

Come load up your cooler

and bring your swim clothes,

It's not where the water

But STEEL overflows.

A day at the water park

makes the time fly,

But don't overlook

another cache nearby.

Your GPS-toy

will hunt like a fox

And under a tree

is an old ammo box

If you're looking and looking

for over a fortnight,

A cheat can be found

on a link off my website.

There's no walking involved

so you won't break a sweat,

If the day is too hot

use the pool to get wet.

If you're in the area

for more than a day,

Go North 15 miles

to where Air Force guys play.

You'll hear C-5 Galaxies

and surely will see 'em

If you stop by and visit

the AMC Museum.

Just stop at the gate

and get a day pass,

And see the big planes

that went really fast.

-----------------

It may not be right,

It may not be fair,

But a walk in the park,

Should be free as the air.

If you're looking for caches,

And don't plan to stay,

Park by the boat launch,

And you won't have to pay.

Just follow the road,

Past the dam with the rails,

And past the boat rental,

You'll pick up the trails.

From there you can get

To all 3 of my caches,

If you're just here to hunt,

Look below these lined dashes.

Be sure to stop by That Dog Won't Hunt ,Ice Storm!! Cache and Killen Me Softly Cache in the same vicinity!

Need a cheat? I've got a photo of the cache location on my web site

If you plan to enjoy the park's facilities, pay the entry fee. Help support Delaware's State Parks! Thanks!

Follow the maintenance road at the Northwest corner of the water park's overflow parking area. It's about 8' off the road where the base of 3 trees meet. If you're in the area, stop by Dover AFB and visit the Air Mobility Command museum!

Found this one with my buddy musicman, came down to visit him and his family plus start my trip across the southern us. The coordinates for this cache are WRONG!! Apparenlty the owner updated the other site but not this one... which explains why roadkill couldn't find it.

The new cords (it was stolen before) are
N 38 59.237
W 75 32,469

Took some lighters and left some baltimore Oriole baseball cards.

If it is still there, I missed it. Grass was short - trees were few, I even inspected a woodchuck hole. I spent maybe 15-20 munites there and would have stayed longer but I ran out of places to look.

Adding a ton of miles to my car today so I figured why stop short when I can grab a couple more caches before heading home.
Had a good time on this adventure but for some reason my GPS lost reception a couple of times...no biggy, it was most likely my cheap unit.
Thanks for the fun and maybe I'll take you up on them flying machine views!

Cache was clearly in view under tree. I tried to cover better than it was found. Took a fire patch and 50cent piece. Left frog, suction clip and a whistle. Hostnut and Lady H

We found this one after visiting the cache at Henlopen. Walked by it twice.
Took a half dollar, and left some sunscreen and a multi-bottle opener.
