Comments:
The park is only open during daylight hours. The old work area is closed to the public. The cache is within the park boundries and no rules should be violated to access the cache.

A micro cache hidden with a cool view of the Lake Ponchartrain Causeway the worlds longest bridge. This park was created when work on the bridges was concluded. Across from the park is the work yard for constructing the sections of roadway. Once built the road sections were moved by barge out to the worksite. A few sections still remain and can be seen from the park.

This cache has a special surprise also. Don't spoil it for the people coming after you. In the log just say you found the surprise.

I went to the "Sunset Point" by South Cache yesterday. Since this is my first GPS search I made sure I exhausted every effort to locate the cache. My GPS put me on the exact location to the one/thouusanth of a minute. I did everything I could and spent several hours thourghly searching for the cache to no avail. Could the hurricane Katrina have destroyed or moved it? Would someone please respond as I am in need of assurance. My address is fjf131@cox.com

Found rather easily. Surprised myself. Took note of the surprise, but will have to see about that later.
