There wasn't much snow going to the cache. I used the easy path although I hope I wasn't too conspicuous when I hopped the barrier. (waited for no traffic though) Don't want anyone going Orange Alert on us all. Very easy find. Cache was visible when I peeked in there. I noticed that the log was signed by 'Bridge Inspector' just three days ago. Left a travel bug and some WG$. Thanks.
