Visit Heritage Square, acquired by the Town of Ontario Historical and Landmark Society in the early 1970s, Heritage Square includes an 1800s Log Cabin, 1-Room Schoolhouse, Baptist Meeting Hall, Iron Ore Miner's House, the Warner Farmhouse and the town Jail. Over the past decade, it has been restored as a living museum to reflect life as it was in the early days of Ontario.

Also at Heritage Square is New York State's largest _____ _____ ____.

Neat history here, buildings are so small! Didn't know someone actually kept track of what NY's largest _____ is, kinda cool seeing it with our friend Porchdragon at 2:45PM. Our 8th cache out of 10 today.

Great area I never knew was close by.

Been meaning to get over here and lucky for me I had the gps and waypoint needed while heading home from work.

I will need to look at the sign again as I was not looking at the write up other than the coordinate I had programmed.

I will be back for sure to finish up. =)

It was great to get out and do a cache after being "locked" inside for so long. This is a great place. Drove by here looking for other caches in the past and never payed attention to the area. We'll be back to check this place out in the spring.
