Parking is just past the Balancing Rock Trail pull out. You can park there and walk along the dikes. Take the first left and walk under the bridge.

The reason this Cache has the name TCT Tower is because the tower is located on the Creston stretch of the Trans Canada Trail. Sometimes you can see people walking the trail with their large backpackers packs.
