Located near the pretty village of Godstone, Surrey. Footpaths can be muddy, so bring good boots/footwear. The cache is hidden on a fairly steep slope.

The cache is near Glebe Pond in Godstone, a pretty village near junction 6 of the M25. There are several public footpaths and ways to access the cache site, however the nearest path is through the St Nicholas Churchyard.
The cache itself is a green ammo box.

There are a few other ponds nearby in Godstone, including Bay Pond, a nature reserve, and originally used for the manufacture of Gunpowder in Elizabethan times, and Lee Mill at N51°14.469 / W000°03.067.

If you are thirsty afterwards, the Bell Pub, Godstone (established in 1393) is recommended.

Found after quite a search & scramble on the steep slope. Very pretty village & pond. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log. Thanks for this cache.

Had a bit of trouble finding the best place to park to go after this, I really must get in the habit of reading the page properly.

GPS was wandering, so took a little time to find, eventually finding it by instinct. TNLNSL

The co-ords are very jittery around here. Had to resort to the cheat. Sorry - I don't do photos, not even for family. Took the teddy, who I'll christen appropriately when inspiration hits. Left behind kids' pencil set, rubber snake, andball-bearing puzzle. Now for that treacherous slope (particularly after this week's rain).
