This is a nice virtual cache due to no real good place to hide a cache but the park needs noticed.

Red and I where out and about when we stumbled onto this park. It has been here for a long time but we did not know it was here. As we where strolling around reading things and looking at the statue, Red started reading the plaques. Great idea so we thought you might want to read them also.
To claim this as a find, please send us the name(s) of the persons on the plaque four right of center. Start at the Large plaque and go on the North or South side. Counting all small ground level plaques. Not the raised one.

Second time was a charm. There were only two of us there this time so a little less confusion. We counted and recounted until we were sure we had the correct answer. Crew fended off the muggles who probably thought we were crazy. Thanks for the interesting cache, logscaler.
