Cat Bait? Why would you name a cache "Cat Bait"?

I came across this container while searching for a geocache the other day. How could I resist?

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Melissa Cook of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.

Out with my son Jonathan and my geocaching buddy, Little Rover today.

Jonathan joined us for this one, as when we did another cache along here we seemed to be skeeter free. We all got to near the cache but JD stayed on the trail. Rover and I went in, and the skeeters were bad, even with bug spray.

We tried to follow the GPS's but got nowhere. After we just looked around, Rover found it. We SL and replaced, after checking the contents. TFTC.
