This is a magnetic key box.
This is a Memorial that was erected by the Kent Island American Legion Post #278 in 1996. It is in HONOR of ALL branches of our military. I just found this memorial last week & I wanted it to be up & running before Veteran's Day so maybe some can go by to see it. If not it is open to the public at all times so do go see it. There are a very large number of Veteran's in this cemetery which is why the American Legion chose this location. There are also some beautiful sites here as well as those that will break you heart when you look at the dates. Just inside the entrance on the right is a small area with grave stones that have been relocated from other sites on KI. Take a minute to look at them. It goes without saying to be respectful of the grounds & the memorial. Please do take a moment to REMEMBER. Also, if you will please, when you log this include your military connection.
