Welcome to, in my own humble opinion, the very prettiest rest area I've ever visited. This lovely wayside in southern Tennesee is a welcome stop. This island has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the Nick Jack Lake.

Now you're in my old stompin' grounds. I remember going here in my teens and gettin the bejesus scared out of me. Plenty of local lore about this place.
