Kenosha has it's fair share of museum controversies. This museum has escaped the controversy and as a result, this jewel is forgotten. We have several museums in town.

The Kenosha Public Museum houses the Shaeffer Mammoth and has a wonderful exhibit accordingly.

The Civil War museum, yet to open will house...well...Civil War "stuff".

The dinosaur museum houses dinosaur exhibits because Kenosha plays such a significant role in dinosaurarianism.

This jewel of a museum is the Kenosha Historical Society and is a wonderfully run museum. I've had the occassion to use the services of the archive staff.

Inside, you'll find an accurate accounting of the early years of Kenosha and especially the automotive industry which was so instrumental in the development of Kenosha.

I know this is here, and Jonathan has visited also. I think I know the object in question, but I couldn't see it today. I could see signs of 'It', but not 'It'. E-mailing an answer.

Drove past here looking for the object of this cache but all I could see was snow... then I remembered what was here prior to all this stuff falling.

Really enjoy virtuals, especially in the winter.
