Hunter's Lake Sullivan County, PA. This lake is a bit over a mile long with great fishing. It was once used as a Hydro Electric Dam in the 1930's but then it was torn down and the current dam was built. It is currently a PFC lake and stocked with trout every year. You can find this cache from three parking areas. There are no trails fully around the lake at this time, but it isn't too bad hiking It only took me an hour from one end to the other. Also a boat was what I tried first and it is by far the quickest.
You can Park at three places, the Dam end, the boat launch, or at the far end at: 41 23.254N 76 37.637W This will not be listed else where till there are some finders here. |
