| Located at a small Cherokee indinan/settler cemetary. New Echota was the capitol of the Cherokee indians. There are many of the original structures still there as well as a museum. It is located a little bit down the road off of highway 225. This is a small cemetary in which some of the important settlers who worked with are buried. My Aunt and Uncle own this property on which it is placed. To get credit for the find, you must sign the log as it is NOT cross-listed. |
