Open Log: Personal use only I was out hiking with the wife and kids in the park today. I have two kids but I noticed there were three with us on the hike. We always seem to end up with a gaggle but it's all good. While watching Doe climb a nearby tree, I found the cache and saw that others I knew had signed it. So, to be like the cool kids I did too! Only after did I find out what it was, hence this log. Thanks hattie!

The winter has made me a bit slow. Either that or spending the day pulling up carpet dulled my brain. :)

I’ve been ordered to get more exercise so, I decided today during lunch I would look for the closest Navicache to my home. I parked out at Lake Rd. and made my way through the cold, blowing and drifting snow (the wind chill must be close to single digits). The wind was so strong it blew my cache print out and hat away. I got to gz and spent close to an hour searching to no avail. It’s a good thing I found a hat right away and put it on otherwise I might have been in trouble.

Open Log: Personal use only WooHoo!!! First To Find! Signed the Log about 12:30pm this afternoon! Great walk, loved the idea for this cache. NEver would have expected! Was in the area with a group of cachers looking for another nearby cache posted at gc.com. Thanks for the hide. Decided not to take the FTF prize.
