The Pink Panther Runs Along The Lake and Ponds.

This one is great for the whole family, Though it is a bit of a hike. You won't need boots for this Adventure as the ground is solid. Bring the dog if you have one and let him run, Mountain Bikes as well as a good camera will make this that much more fun. Very Beautiful area with plenty to do afterwards, and within a couple of miles of some great Burger Joints located North then East when you leave. If you come from a distance you might want to bring the fishing rods. The kids can play at the beach park playground while you catch your wind after the hike. WARNING!... don't park where you should not, or you will find your car towed when you return. I placed parking coordinates in the "cheat" so if you need help take a peek. I played here as a child with a friend of mine, we used to hide a small tin that we called the "Pink Panther" due to it's color. That friend passed away at the age of 24, so I named this in his memory. You will without a doubt Enjoy every second of this Adventure and No garbage bags will be needed, there is none to pick up.

The cache is a .50cal ammo can (retired) please fill out the logbook and If you take one of the several Items, please replace it with another for future cachers. Took the bike out to this one today. The area was quite wet but that was to be expected. There was a moat around the area the cache coords pointed to but I just decided to get wet. Got right to the correct coordinates but the brush was quite thick so it was hard to expand the search too much. Didn't see anything that looked like the spoiler photo.

Had a great hike in a very nice location. That's the good news. The bad news is we never found the cache. The last log for this cache was in 2003 so maybe its gone or the spot has become alot more overgrown. We were right on top of it according to the GPS and looked in about a 25' radius. This was quite difficult due to the dense folliage. Anyway, doesn't really matter since we had such a great hike and never would have found this park without your cache. Thanks a bunch!

After bushwacking for 45 minutes at Caron's cache it was nice to find this one. The coordinates were super. GPS said 2 feet , looked down and there it was. Weather was perfect, no bugs, not too much mud. How much better can it get. Found it at 7:30PM. Left a figurine Took Beany Baby. What a fun adventure ! Thanks Quinn !

Found this one soon after Caron's Cache at 4:20 PM. It was a nice little ride further along the trails.

Great hide off a great trail for a ride - even for my out of shape butt.

This has to be the best smelling cache I've done due to the berry air freshener inside :)

Took little magic-grow frog for the little one and left fish hooks. I also hauled out what I thought was a bag of soggy garbage near the cache. When I got home I discovered it was once a model kit. Curious animals must have torn the bag open and ruined it.

Buggy, buggy, buggy - hot, humid and muggy! The deer flies were wicked, so we didn't tarry for long. There is some poison ivy buried around so watch your step.

Determined not to leave this area empty-handed again, I went after this one first and left my nemesis till later. As usual, I took the long way through the rough path but made it to the cache without a hitch! Coords were right on and the cache is intact, but is the lid latch broken? It still closes up nice and tight, and I tried to fill it up a bit. Only real problem is that I put my hand in the yellow goo. Ewwww. Aside from that, great fun and mucho wildlife. :)

This was a great area for a cache. Well hidden, and lots of good stuff. Thanks for the adventure. Swapped a trinket and a George. My wife said I should have brought the dogs... ever see a couple of terriers loose in the field? Nothing out there would be safe!

Cool and sunny - a great day for a walk. With all the recent rain, there was quite a bit of standing water in the general area of the cache, but it just made it a little more challenging to both navigate and keep the feet dry. The cache was dry. Took nothing. Left nothing.

Well this was a long walk, but a very nice day. I took my niece Jesika with me and it was her first cache, and wouldn't ya know, there was a barbie stamp in there! Isn't it great how I spread the word about this site? He he! Catches like wild fire!

We took the barbie stamp, crayons, and pennies, and left 2 g-bills, barry bonds baseball card, and a boney pen. Signed the log too.

Thanks for the find.

29 Dec. 2001 Cold winter day but the sun was out, only light dusting of snow on the ground. Parked in the park an hiked the trail over to the cache. Seen several hunters, folks walking their dogs and several ATVs. Found the cache even with low batteries in the GPS but external antenna really helped. Took a mini Rockwell book and left a set of screw driver testers. As always i enjoyed my mini adventure. Quinn you do such a fine job placing the cache in new areas to explore.

Our First Geocaching Outing - We found the cache using a USGS map! It is the weekend before Christmas and an absolutely beautiful day. The sun is shining, there's no snow. Finding your cache made it an even better day. The whole family went and enjoyed the trip. We left a Norman Rockwell picture book, and a scarf in case someone is cold. We took the screwdriver set and will think of you whenever we use them. Thank you for sharing your spot and introducing us to this fun sport.
Maybe Santa will bring us a GPS this year! ;-)

Thank you Inspector for introducing me to a wonderful spot. Though I live within 5 mi. of this area I have never visited it. Many wildflowers are in bloom, I saw Yellow warblers and many other species of songbirds. The contails were quite fat and the deer were wearing the red coats of summer. It took me a while to find the cache as the sun was getting pretty low in the sky. I took a where's George, and left a toy hellicopter and a bundle of tie wraps. Thanx for introducing me to this great spot.
