nice little cache in a west side park. The walk is easy and just long enough that in the right season, you will be found by the mosquitoes. there is a new travel bug in the cache.

this cache is also listed at geocaching.com

this area is high in muggle activity.

Thanks for the cache. Never been to this park before today, as I am from the east side of the city.

1st cache in a couple of years. Nice easy one to break myself back in. Now that my son is 2 you will be seeing alot more of us around. Brought a newbie to show him the ropes, both had a great time.

Looked where the QPS pointed us and then widened the search. Found it at 43 13.952, 77 40.657 with 15 foot accuracy but not a lot of satellites.

It's not about the numbers, but I got there first! LOL My first FTF in quite a while.. Trying to get back into the swing of caching in Rochester and not 100's of miles away all the time.. Nice cache.. I will say I got a bit freaked out, I had been here before and knew which trail to take, but upon entering the woods I saw a man about 25 yards ahead of me and my Mom, looking closer I also saw he had a HUGE SHARP machete. (big knife thingy) He was cutting down small trees and had them all tied in a bundle. We immdiatly turned around.... We didn't leave though just took another trail. HAHA true cachers, even a whacko with a giant knife wont deter us from a possible FTF!
