The "Sunninghill" geocache is available at all hours and some of you may locate it without too much trouble - but it is one of our more difficult ones :-) The location above is a free car park near the centre of the village. You will find the first clue at the back of Sunninghill, to the right of a post box, opposite an aristocrat, 360 metres north of the car park location. Finding this clue should make it easier to find the next, which will take you to the actual geocache location. It is the usual large tupperware box, with logbook, camera and numerous "goodies". You will not need it to locate the cache, but you will find more pictures and information about our village on our
Sunninghill Page.

Caching with Heffalump007 and Figures (his first expedition on an alternative caching site). We knew it would be ambitious looking for this cache since it had not been logged for six and a half years, however, it is the nearest of Robin's caches that we have not yet found to home.

We deduced where the first clue ticket should be and it was not there, nor in other possible places in the vicinity, do we fell by the first fence, so to speak!

Never mind!

Lost my (geocaching) virginity!!!!!!

Went out last night and found the first clue easily, though a little local knowledge did help!

Second clue should have been found quicker, started by taking it literally and then thought a bit more and got it!

Final destination nightmare. My GPS does not have a very good ranging tool. Eventually gave up and went home, got out old fashioned map, pencil and geometric compass, drew a circle, and BINGO. Actually it was Isobel who got it first!

Went back this am and there it was.

Left a car, took JINGLE and tried to take a photo but the shutter release didn't work.

Cheers Robin & June.
