Near Godstone Vineyard. The cache site can be approached easily from the Flower Lane / Gangers Lane road junction at
5115.715'N, 003.088'W. Park carefully at the side of this road. On foot, follow the lane leading to Woldingham School, until just after South Lodge where the North Downs Way crosses. Then use GPS to get close to the cache.

The most northern field of the vineyard is known as 'Hop Garden' and hops were grown on the site until quite recently. The whole area is steeped in local history; indeed, under the vineyard there are still many caves and tunnels which run from Godstone to Reigate and were originally used in mining hearthstone. One of the entrances adjoins 'Hop Garden' although more recently the caves were used during World War Two as a bonded liquor store!

To find the cache, locate a double-trunked yew tree on the right of the track as you descend. Look behind the tree for a small green container.
