All along the trail there are places to eat & get drinks.
Additional maps for this cache available at:
Medium camo'd lock & lock. Please return it to it's little hidey hole.
First off please DO NOT attempt this from the street. Come in from the parking area.
This will again take you along the CIT. If you make a day of it you can collect all of the CIT caches. Once you leave the park area stroll down the paved path until you reach the 2.5 mile marker. This is actually the 1/2 way point on the CIT regardless which end you would start from, the Narrows or Terrapin Nature Park. This is across from GZ. This will be a real real prickly find so be careful. Also remember that we have some nasty critters here so look well & be sure your reach isnt going to disturb anything. EEEEWWWW.
Stealth will be needed as you wont see people coming from the 1 direction until they are almost on top of you. Once you locate the cache you may want to go have a seat while you go through it & sign the log. But PLEASE return it to its hidey hole.
While sitting here dont be startled if the siren goes off across the street. That's the new KI Fire House & AAMC facility so it gets pretty busy. It is also part of why you shouldn't park up on the road to reach this cache. Also because its very very wet between the hill bottom & the bench. So take the walk to get here.
Besides if you work up an appetite you can always go eat or get an ice cream real close by. In the meantime ENJOY!

I was over on the Island and decided to visit a few caches while there. I was suprised how obvious this was to cachers and being so close to the paved trail. TNLN TFTC

I hit this one and a few others in the series on my way home to SWPA from Ocean City. This is as good a place as any to break up the trip! I ventured back here after picking off "Lighthouse Lake". The cacher that I saw here before was long gone but there was at least one other muggle that I had to contend with before I could look for the cache. This might have been difficult to find were it not for the fact that I read and reread the cache page carefully on the long walk to here. I found it easily in spite of the biting camoflage. Thanks for the fun! Johnny.
