The new "Windlesham" Geocache is hidden near the location above and free car parking. It is not far where you can sit down to enjoy looking at the contents of the box, reading the log book, and writing your thoughts. There is an instant camera for you to take a picture or two of yourself, before you pop the camera back in the cache. We've made this new cache much easier to find than the old one, planted many years before. Choose a day when it is not raining. This is a lovely little park, with swings and slides for children, a large area of grass, public toilets, cricket field, and surrounding woods to take a little stroll.

Third time lucky!? No, the gremlins were with us today and this was our third cache and the third we did not find. On discussing with Robin after the vent, it seems probable that Penguin of team Sandvika found the cache location whilst dad, Heffalump007 and Figures were busy poking in other places however it did not contain the cache as far as he could tell. So after finding only 1 of 4 caches yesterday, we failed on 3 out of 3 today! Thanks for the hunt! Sandvika.

Robin braved the rain to drop the new geocache, complete with new log book and instant camera, into it's new spot - but only a few yards from where the original lay for years :-)

Robin and June, who planted this cache many years ago, saw today that it was missing - due no doubt to gardening work that cleared away the ivy hiding the box. But we found a new excellent spot for it, and will update this page after we've planted a new cache.

Decided to do this one on the way home from work as I usually pass close by.

Found it after a bit of a rummage around.

TNLN. Thanks for the cache.

Robin and June checked at 1400 today: had gone missing but not a surprise in view of the location and that over two years have gone by :-) Put a replacement there, after taking a picture of ourselves with the disposable camera.
